Process Success™ Affiliate Program Terms

These terms cover the Process Success™ Affiliate Program run by Processable, LLC. By joining, you agree to them.

Joining

Processable, LLC approves affiliates and may decline or remove an affiliate at any time. You get one link. It is yours and it does not change.

What you earn

$200 for each of your first three team packs sold through your link, and $250 for every pack from your fourth on. A pack is a Small Team, Large Team or Rollout Pack of The Process Self-Implementer Workshop. A commission is earned when the 14-day refund window closes with no refund or chargeback.

What does not count

Purchases made without your link. Refunded or charged-back purchases. Free registrations, Lobby sign-ups and calculator opt-ins; only a pack purchase pays. And purchases by you or by your own company. We check the buyer's email domain against yours before every payout. Same domain, no commission.

How you are paid

Commissions are paid by PayPal to the email on your affiliate account, in the week after the refund window closes and the domain check is done. Before your first payment we collect a W-9 through QuickBooks. You are responsible for your own taxes. If we pay you $2,000 or more in a calendar year, you may receive a Form 1099-NEC.

How you share

Send people to the Profit Leak Calculator or the Process Success Roles page, never straight to checkout. Tell people plainly that you earn when they buy, for example: "I earn a commission if your company buys through my link." Do not promise results or income beyond what lisagonzalez.com says. Do not send spam. Do not present yourself as Lisa Gonzalez or Processable, LLC, and do not suggest that EOS Worldwide, LLC created or sponsors the program.

Brand use

You may use your link, the program name, and the share graphics and wording in your affiliate dashboard, unaltered.

Our relationship

You act independently and on your own behalf. These terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Processable, LLC. You have no authority to make promises or sign anything for Processable, LLC, and you are not entitled to any employee benefits. You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses and compliance with the law, including clearly disclosing that you earn a commission.

Changes

Processable, LLC may change or end the program with email notice. Commissions earned before the change are still paid.

References to EOS® tools are for educational purposes. The 5 to 10 percent Profit Leak™ range is her estimate from her own client and workshop work, not a study, and no specific result is guaranteed.
