Process is the tool we sometimes squeeze into the end of a Quarterly. The team nods, the Rock is rarely "done," and a year later nobody follows what got written.
After
Process is the session your clients remember. The team commits out loud, finishes, and holds each other accountable to what they wrote. When they need more than one session, you have somewhere to send them that keeps you in the seat.

- Deeper mastery. Another layer of mastery for driving accountability around Process, the way you already do with the Accountability Chart and the Scorecard. You know the arc, the opening words for Commit, and where teams get stuck.
