February 8 Implementer Process Workshop

By Lisa Gonzalez, Certified EOS Implementer® and co-author of Process! (The EOS Mastery Series). Updated October 3, 2026.
February 8, 2027, 11:30am to 2:30pm Mountain Standard Time. Three hours. Free, sponsored by Strety. A working session for EOS Implementers® on walking a leadership team through identifying their core processes in a Quarterly, so the team leaves with owners assigned and a date on the calendar.
I have taught this approach to over 100 EOS Implementers. This is the only session where I teach it. I am not running it anywhere else, and I am not holding anything back for a paid version.
What you leave with
- The sequence for walking a leadership team through identifying their core processes.
- The questions that move a team that is stuck.
- The materials, so you can run it yourself with your own name on them.
Who this is for
EOS Implementers® who want to teach the Process Component with the same confidence they bring to the Accountability Chart or the Scorecard. Newer implementers get the most from it. Experienced ones usually come for the questions.
When this is not right for you
If you already teach process well and your clients leave Quarterlies with documented, followed processes, you do not need this. Some implementers go deep on other tools and refer the process work out instead, which is a fair call. If that is you, come anyway or send someone newer in your place.
