One-Day Process Workshop for Your Team

One day with Lisa. Your whole leadership team aligned on steps to strengthen the Process Component.

Before. Process is the Rock that never quite finishes. It's the goal that never gets "done." The team agrees it matters, documents a few, and a quarter later nobody follows what got written.

After. The team commits out loud, names its Core Processes, documents the first one together, and leaves with a trackable plan that can be accomplished quarter after quarter.

In the day, your leadership team will:

• Commit to the cost of weak process and the freedom on the other side of it.

• Identify your Core Processes, five to twelve, and name an owner for each.

• Document and simplify at least one Core Process using the EOS^® 3-Step Process Documenter and the Followed By All (FBA) Checklist^®.

• Solve the deeper Issues that have kept your processes from getting documented, simplified and Followed By All.

What's included:

• The day. Six hours live on Zoom with up to 15 of your leaders and managers. Your team commits, names its Core Processes and documents the first one together. You leave with a Process Success Roadmap to finish the work quarter by quarter.

• A year in the Process Culture Community. Monthly live Q&A with Lisa on Zoom: Lisa teaches, then answers your questions and coaches leaders on their own process issues. Between sessions, the online community keeps your leaders connected and the work moving. We launch in January 2027, so join us as we build it.

After your first year

Process creates freedom. Culture keeps it. When everyone owns the steps, the business runs the same whether you're in the room or on vacation.

Group coaching programs run $200 to $1,000 a month per person. Masterminds led by EOS Implementers^® run about $1,000 a month per person, and CEO peer groups about $1,400. The Process Culture Community is $500 a month for your whole leadership team.

Can more of our team join?
Yes. Up to 15 people attend the day. After the day, up to 7 leaders from your company each get their own seat in the Process Culture Community. Every seat is a named person on your company email.

What about new hires, or people who missed the day?
The Process Self-Implementer Workshop, online and self-paced, is here as a resource whenever you need it. A Rollout Pack adds 3 seats, so new hires and anyone who was not in the room can work through the same steps. Email [email protected] for pricing and access.

Do we get time with Lisa after the day?
Yes. For a full year, your team is in the Process Culture Community: a live session with Lisa every month, teaching first, then questions and coaching. The community launches in January 2027, and we're building it together.

What happens after the first year?
Your team can stay in the Process Culture Community for $500 a month for the whole leadership team. Most mastermind and group coaching programs charge $200 to $1,000 or more a month per person. This is one price for up to 7 leaders, as low as $71 per leader. There is no obligation to continue.

Do you travel for the day?
No. The day is live on Zoom, six hours, so nobody flies anywhere.
