Because process work fails when one person does it alone. The five seats are for your leadership team, not for five people scattered around the company.

Ruzuku, a course platform, looked at 1.3 million enrollments across 27,000 courses. The same content finished 77 percent of the time when people worked through it together on a schedule, and 38.5 percent of the time when someone took it alone and open-ended. Going through it as a team roughly doubles the odds you finish.

If your leadership team is not in this together, it will not get done. That is the whole reason for the minimum.

Ten lessons, self-paced, and the lessons are deliberately short. Ruzuku found completion rose when modules were cut to eight to twelve minutes. Docebo recommends five to ten minutes for the same reason.

Put it on the calendar or it will not happen. One lesson at the top of each leadership team meeting works well. So does one lesson a week for ten weeks. What does not work is leaving it to whoever finds time

You score the same nine statements at the start of the course and again at the end. The gap between the two scores is your proof.
